Dr. Sounik Kiran
Co-Founder

Dr. Sounik Kiran, an alumnus of NIT Silchar. His professional journey encompasses various impactful roles such as a Scientist at the renowned National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore, a Postdoctoral researcher at SUSTech, China, and a university research professor at various reputed Institutions in India. His global exposure spans countries such as Germany, Czech Republic, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and various regions within India, providing valuable insights into diverse work cultures. He has good experience and deep observation in both academic and industry. With a keen understanding of the evolving needs of our futuristic world, coupled with a recognition of the knowledge and skill gaps among current university graduates, his lifelong passion for driving sustainable societal growth through technology has led him to establish IOGENIC.

Dr.Mahendra Swain
Co-Founder

Dr. Mahendra is a PhD in IoT and Artificial Intelligence with a proven track record in product development. He has co-authored two books and published numerous research articles in top academic databases like SCi and Scopus. His innovative spirit is evidenced by 11 patent filings and 1 granted patent. He possesses strong expertise in key areas including AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, Embedded Systems, and IoT. A blend of academic and industry experience.

Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Singh

Director (Research & Innovation), Uttaranchal University... With 22 years of academic and research experience, Dr. Rajesh Singh specializes in embedded systems, IoT, robotics, WSN, and machine learning. He has held leadership roles at Lovely Professional University and UPES and has led 4 government-funded projects. He has authored 43 international books, published 500+ SCI/Scopus papers, and holds over 100 Indian and international patents, 5 PCTs, and 500+ published patent applications. He has supervised 6 Ph.D. scholars and mentored 7 startups. Dr. Singh has received multiple honors including being ranked among the top 2% scientists globally by Stanford University and listed in Clarivate’s top ten Indian inventors (2010–2020). He is an IEEE Senior Member, international conference chair, and CII Innovation Awards jury member. His innovations have gained national/international media coverage and won awards such as GYTI, Smart India Hackathon, and InSc. Read more
